"Healing is an art. It takes time. It takes practice. It takes love." -Maza Dohta
"I love and live by this quote. For me, it truly encapsulates the power and importance of therapy. Healing takes work, persistence, and a lot of self-love; and trauma can make this process way more complicated, and much easier said than done. I recognize the impact of our childhood experiences and how they affect who we are today. I demonstrate my passion for helping others by mindfully showing up every day and creating an empathic, safe space for my clients. My hope is they will have an opportunity for growth and healing in ways they have never done before."
